Carolyn Thompson 
Technology Trainer

As a REALTOR® since 1998, Carolyn brings her real life experiences to her training.  She enjoys teaching and has the ability to break down some of the most complicated subjects to a very basic level that most can understand.

In her real estate business, she is a multi-million dollar producer, receiving recognition and awards each year.  She began her real estate career with Keller Williams in 1998 and has been an active agent with Keller Williams Realty Advantage ever since. In 2007 she was the Excel Award winner and in 2003 was the Charles Bowls Inspirational Award winner. She served on the ALC (Agent Leadership Council) for several different years.

In the leadership side of Keller Williams Tulsa Metro Group, Carolyn accepted the role of Productivity Coach in 2008.  She remained in that role while also becoming an assistant Team Leader for the Tulsa Metro Group in 2009.  In 2010 she became the Technology Director and Assistant Team Leader as well until 2012 when she shifted to exclusively the Technology Director position, where she currently serves 2 days a week.  She has been training and coaching agents with eEdge since it began as one of their Ambassadors.

Outside of the Tulsa Metro Group, Carolyn travels to other market centers and assists them with technology training.  She is a certified continuing education instructor and post-license instructor for the Career Development Institute (Keller Williams Tulsa, OK real estate school) and an approved Oklahoma Real Estate Commission instructor.  She has taught social media for the Oklahoma Association of Realtors® (State Board), the Enid Board of Realtors and locally for the Tula Keller Williams Realtors®.  Carolyn has also trained other offices, outside of Keller Williams, for social media and Apple products.  She is a self-taught iGuru and can fix most everything on your iPhone or iPad, including your KW mail!  She has helped open new Keller Williams offices by training their agents and staff on the Keller Williams systems and models of technology.  

Her most recent focus has been on myTransactions and DotLoop.  Carolyn is one of two dotCertified Consultants and has helped multiple offices set up and maintain their broker dashboards and train their agents.  She has designed a program specifically for helping offices get up and going paperless using myTransactions, based on her first-hand experience and Keller Williams training.
